The church building is within easy walking distance from the Thornleigh railway station (refer to the maps). Thornleigh station is on the line known as the "Northern" line. It is two stops south from Hornsby, which is a major hub for rail transportation in north-western Sydney, a region known as the "Upper North Shore".
